Oncology Drug Reference Sheet: Epcoritamab-Bysp

In May 2023, the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) announced it had granted accelerated approval for the first CD20 bispecific antibody drug, epcoritamab-bysp (Epkinly™) for the treatment of relapsed or refractory diffuse large B-cell lymphoma. In June 2024, the FDA expanded the indication with accelerated approval for the treatment of relapsed or refractory follicular lymphoma after two or more lines of systemic therapy.
