Technical Requirements

Web Browser with Java

The chat room will require a web browser with Java. If you do not have Java, you will be prompted to download it upon accessing the chat room. Visit the chat room now to see if your browser needs Java.

Joining the Chat

Practice entering the chat room before joining the live chats with the experts.

To join the chat room, simply click on the Username field in the Login box and enter the name that you'd like to use within the chat room. Your username will be displayed in a user list for others to see during the chat.

Click the Login button to enter the chat room.

You may visit the chat room at any time. However, the experts will only be available on the dates and times posted.

Technical Support

If you experience technical difficulties, consult AddOn Chat's Support Center. First, try using the interactive troubleshooter. If that does not help solve your problem, consult the searchable knowledge base or support forums. If you still have not solved your problem, use the ticket system for reporting problems.
