Submit a Video
Video submissions will be hosted on the ONS YouTube channel and featured on the ONS website, as well as at ONS events.
Submission Deadline: April 1, 2012
Video Guidelines:
- Limit video length to 3-5 minutes (under 3 minutes is best)
- You (not ONS) need to own the rights to any music you use (google "royalty free music" for music that's not copyrighted)
- Videos can be funny, serious, uplifting, or any combination, just show us your love for oncology nursing!
- Please make sure to obtain releases for any patients you feature in your video
- Make sure your YouTube video is set to "public" view
Submitting your video:
- Video: If your video is already hosted on the web, provide the URL link. If your video is not already hosted, create a YouTube account, upload it, then email us the link.
- Email marketing@ons.org with the following information:
- Main contact name, title, email, phone number
- Chapter or institution name
- Names of the people featured in the video
- Link to your video*
- Number of people in your chapter/unit (for the party pack)
* Please note that any videos submitted become the property of ONS and may be used in ONS promotions and at ONS events without further permission.
