This one day interdisciplinary conference is sponsored by the Division of Nursing Research in celebration of the centennial anniversary of the City of Hope National Medical Center and is open to nurses, physicians, social workers, chaplains and psychologists in oncology research or practice. Leading researchers will discuss their quality of life focused studies related to cancer patients and caregivers. The development of the quality of life model and its application to clinical research will be the key focus of this program.
This QOL conference is dedicated to Dr. Marcia Grant, recognizing her appointment in 2013 as a Distinguished Professor in the Division of Nursing Research at the City of Hope. There will be a reception and invited poster presentation for all those interested in attending immediately following at City of Hope.
