Chapter Excellence Awards (ML01)

Award: Three $1,300 awards and plaques.

Purpose: To recognize three ONS chapters that have excelled in promoting the mission and goals of ONS.

Nominee's Eligibility Criteria:
The chapter must have been chartered for at least two years and must demonstrate how it has promoted the mission and goals of ONS. Award recognizes three ONS chapters (large, medium, and small).

Weight of Each Criterion: The scoring criteria for judging this nomination packet is as follows:

The chapter must demonstrate through application/review process how it has excelled in promoting the mission and goals of ONS.
